There is a truth about today's world that we all have ignored (and probably will keep ignoring)- our broken vacation system. We are living on a planet that is going crazy in terms of its cutthroat competition. Everyone wants to achieve more, earn more, upskill more and the 'more' is actually making us blind. For example, a person goes to school, does his homework, gives his papers, get good marks and attains contentment. But his parents and teachers tell him that he is also good in sports, he should focus on that in his vacations. He puts his head so much into achieving this new goal, that he forgets he had to rest. Every vacation, the same story happens, until he realised that he is burned out. This may seem so simple but every school, institution and company have gotten in this race of telling individuals that they need to be a multi-performer.
