Our History Is A Mystery

The word history is so minute but still holds the whole world in it's hands. Every single soul on this earth has a mysterious history. A history that is unbelievable, majestic and soothing.

But one word we can mention in the same breath as history is 'memories'. An eight-letter word which clutches an untold truth.
A truth so unknown, so bizarre that you find it difficult to restrain from it.

No matter who we are, memories always have a power to bring back the exquisite moments of life. They have this authority and capability to bring either a sugar-sweet smile on your face or force tears out of your eyes.

Memories are a part of Pandora's box. As soon as we open them, we see reflections of a hidden and inconclusive side of ours. We sometimes see a person who is so dark and drenched up in pain that even sufferings felt ashamed of them.

Still there is nothing as appealing and prepossessing as memories.
There is always a person who enters in our life, turns it upside-down, alter every aspect of our life and leave in such a hurry as if the landslides in our lives would even carry them away. Memories of such a treacly and solicitous person are really satisfying. Their memories become a place we repeatedly want to go and live. Their impression inside our little brains is so immense that we can't move away.

However there is a simple rule of life that our past would keep on haunting us but would teach us at least one lesson and that lesson becomes a principle of our lives.

The adorable recollections of memories do not fade away, they just keep swimming in our heads, never letting themselves drown.

I wonder how an patient suffering from Alzheimer's disease live when they have already forgotten the life that they lived before ?
That is the reason why memories are so damn high-priced and irreplaceable.

So love yourself and just for once become a part of your fantasy world.

😄

Our Crushing System

There is a truth about today's world that we all have ignored (and probably will keep ignoring)- our broken vacation system. We are living on a planet that is going crazy in terms of its cutthroat competition. Everyone wants to achieve more, earn more, upskill more and the 'more' is actually making us blind. For example, a person goes to school, does his homework, gives his papers, get good marks and attains contentment. But his parents and teachers tell him that he is also good in sports, he should focus on that in his vacations. He puts his head so much into achieving this new goal, that he forgets he had to rest. Every vacation, the same story happens, until he realised that he is burned out. This may seem so simple but every school, institution and company have gotten in this race of telling individuals that they need to be a multi-performer. Agreed, building distinct and fresh skills is always a plus point but not when it feels like a pressure, rather than a hobby. T...

Eye Contact.

The eyes are the ultimate answer to all your queries and doubts. These tiny little specks flicker and reflect the light of your soul and heart and the best part is, it never fails. To be honest they are the most delicate part the Almighty has gifted us and yet we are unaware of it's sturdiness. Just look into a person's eyes and maintain an eye contact- not your lover or your friend, just a random person. Can you see the colour of the iris and can you see the black pupil drowning in it's vivid colours ? Can you even see the eyelashes blinking not allowing you to look for inside the person's soul for a millisecond ? You can even see the person's strength and weakness, his/her desire and reality at the same time. It's soft and plain look just sends shrivels down your spine, doesn't it ? Now, stand in front of the mirror and give a deep glance to your own eyes. You can rightly say you are directly seeing your entire life's feelings in a second. You can...
I think to realise is much much better than pretending unrealisation of things. To realise and absorb in that guilt, drown in the harsh feelings and remain melancholy for sometime is better, I swear way better than blinding your eyes with the fact, 'I was right.' A much worse case, is accepting, perceiving your mistake or situation and not even opening your lips when someone else is doing the exact same thing. It is your realisation of no use if you can't even correct someone. Sometimes, to comprehend the fact of correcting, we think, why should we really tell them it's wrong when we had the similar behavior earlier? But, it hurts like thorns, pinches like citrus in eyes, when others repeat a mistake you had committed and you can do nothing but see. In your mind, your imagination and memory runs faster than you and you imagine yourself in that situation with a different person, different ambiance- just as it was. Such realisation reminisces in a more raucous way when y...
